Brief Introduction:
Dr Arvind Kumar Jhajharia obtained his M.Sc. degree in the Agricultural Extension discipline from COA, Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidhyalaya, (IGKV) Raipur (C.G.) and Ph.D. in the Extension Education discipline from Shri Karan Narendra College of Agriculture (SKNCOA) Jobner (Raj.) – SKRAU. He has cleared National Eligibility Test (NET) from Agricultural Scientist Recruitment Board (ASRB), New Delhi.
He started his career as an Assistant Professor of Extension Education at College of Agriculture, Jodhpur under SKRAU Bikaner
He joined the Department of Agricultural Extension and Communication, College of Agriculture, Bikaner in March 05, 2014
He has completed 5 CAFT training programmes, attended & participated in various National and International Seminars/Symposium. Conducted Many National Webinars.
Dr. Jhajharia is serving also as a duty of In charge Technical Cell and Website, College of Agriculture, Bikaner
Dr Jhajharia has more than 100 research publications to his credit including more than 25 abstracts in International Seminar/Symposium, more than 30 Abstracts in National Seminar/Syposium, more than 40 Popular articles and more than 10 peer reviewed research papers in journals of international and national repute, apart from three Manuals/Information Bulletin.
He has guided many M Sc students in the field of Agricultural Extension, Management and Mass Media.
Dr Jhajharia has obtain several awards and honours to his credit, the most prominent being Best paper Award, Indian Society of Extension Education; Young Scientist Award, ISEE New Delhi at National level.
